The Problem
56.4% of Ghanaians live in poverty (i.e. low income and poor living conditions, as well as poor access to health, and education. The percentage is 70% in some parts of Africa. Despite numerous interventions by NGOs and philanthropies, the problem persists. Problems, however, create opportunities.
The Opportunity
Households living in poverty are economically active. They simply do not earn enough, and lack access and affordability to better living standards. Thus, there are commercial opportunities through trading and providing affordable access to better living standards for low income households. There is 'Fortune at the bottom of the Pyramid'.
The Solution
Inclusive Businesses are the solution! Inclusive Businesses are private sector companies or business models that generate profits by providing goods, services, and livelihood opportunities to people at the Base of the Pyramid (BoP) (low-income populations) on a commercially viable basis, making them a part of the company's value chain as customers, suppliers, distributors, or employees.

01.Business Innovation, Impact, Growth and Succession
Our flagship offering is a coherent, well-coordinated, and sustainable business scale-up and succession program for inclusive businesses and SMEs, with the objective of creating credible investor-ready opportunities leading to actual private financing/investments through commercial and investment banks; or public investments through listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange. The program offers full bouquet of business services, access to financing; investor relationship management, and reporting.
02.Sustainable Impact Transformation for CSR (SIT)
A strategic program to help companies transform CSR from expenditure to strategic asset for funding more sustainable and inclusive socio-economic impact. The program offers Strategic Rethinking of CSR; Impact Project Design; and Impact Monitoring and Reporting for CSR.
03.Inclusive Business Startup for Youth (IBSY)
A sustainable and commercially viable program to create permanent, sustainable and scalable small inclusive agribusinesses for unemployed YOUTH in Ghana. The program is delivered in income modules notably Aggregation module and Farming module. The program id delivered in partnership with the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE).
04.Inclusive Business Courses (IBCs)
Practical and well-structured courses to equip participants with knowledge in Inclusive Business Concept and Practice; Impact-Drives-Return Strategy Development; Growth and Strategic Management. The program is designed in modules targeting business students; and founders and CEOs of SMEs: and CSR Managers respectively
